The hotel had some mixed aspects. The rooms were a bit disappointing being dark and smelling like kitty litter, but they were warm at night. The service varied from rude to extremely accommodating. The location was excellent for events and sightseeing. The dining experience was exceptional offering great variety. Overall, a place with highs and lows.
The hotel was a mixed experience with spacious and quiet rooms accommodating my family of five, but the smell in the lobby was off-putting. Service was excellent, especially Jason the valet, who ensured our needs were met. The location was convenient for exploring tourist attractions, though cleanliness was lacking on some days. Dining options were good, despite occasional limitations.
The hotel room was expensive and very dark, old-looking, and not very clean, but it was a great size that accommodated my family of five. The service had a mix of experiences, one staff being rude or difficult to understand, but overall very helpful, kind, friendly, and professional. The location was good and convenient for my event, close to attractions and a metro center station. The dining was exceptional, especially with omelettes to order, although it could get crowded after 8:30. The facilities were decent overall.

During our 3-night stay, the hotel provided clean, quiet, and convenient rooms for a family stay, although they are in need of renovation and could improve in terms of cleanliness and air conditioning. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to public transport and attractions, although there was some noise from neighboring rooms. The dining experience was enjoyable with a good variety of options. Overall, the hotel offers a great location and friendly service despite some room issues and occasional noise.
